New Service for 2012

To enable us to focus and protect our service to you, we have revised the leaflets and how they are offered.

• In the next few months the revised leaflets will be available (including a new leaflet to cover the changes to Local Housing Allowance for people under 35). 
• The leaflets will be available for you to purchase and put on your own website. We can also add your contact details and logos to the leaflets for an additional charge. 
• We continue to offer the printing and delivery service of the leaflets in A5 format. If you want to print the leaflets yourselves, you can still purchase the files as before.
• We continue to print leaflets with your contact details and logo if required – prices on application.

Following feedback from the survey conducted last year the following have been removed from the service:

• We will no longer be offering the leaflets in other languages.
• The Crystal Marks will not be used on the revised leaflets as this will enable us to add contact details and logos as required.
• The leaflets will only be available by purchasing the files or ordering printed versions.
